Mirror polished 18/0 stainless steel 1/1 gastronorm sized chafer with water pan, 9 litre food pan, cover and two fuel holders. Supplied with water pan, food pan, cover and 2 chafing fuel holders. Can hold large quantities of food.
Chafing fuel purchased separately as a consumable item (advice received is to use chafing liquid fuel rather than gel, as gel burns too hot and leaves quite a lot of residue). We also have available as a consumable, Brennpaste fuel pots. These are £2 each. It heats quickly, so use the burning paste to melt cheese etc, but then, remove it, and just use a tealight, to keep it melted
