NOTES:
In induction hobs, an electric voltage is applied on a conductor spool beneath the glass; this creates magnetic fields which directly heat up the bottom of the cookware.
Cookware heats up much more quickly on the induction hob than it does on a standard electric hob, and the hob/ cooking temperature changes instantly when you alter the temperature setting.
The element and glass take on some heat indirectly from the bottom of the cookware, so any over-spills will not stick and burn.
Owing to the nature of the technology, this hob needs to be used with cookware suitable for induction hobs.
