Tips for Use

This is a powerful item. As ever, please handle with care and read the instructions below. 

Second photo shows harness in use. To reassemble item from the two parts, you need insert the two poles together and then move up the black outer casing and twist it around the two parts (item 8 in the instruction manual). Handles can be adjusted using the black knob to the front (17).

If you need to switch from the grass strimmer to the cutter, you need to press down the red button on the base of the unit (12) and twist the strimmer casing (c) counterclockwise. See page 24 of the manual.

Figures 8a - 8d detail how to add the cutter on. Make sure that the blade is fully centred and hold down the red button again to stop the blade. You can then twist in and use the spanner tool to tighten.  There should be no vibrations in the handle when using this item.
