What you get:

• a tin of ceramic beans (approx 700g)

Tips for Use

To blind bake pastry simply line a tin with baking parchment and fill with the ceramic baking beans. Bake until the pastry is firm, then remove the beans and cook a little more, until golden brown. Trim off any excess before filling.
