Ice cream Ball
A fun way to make ice cream
What you get:
- Ice cream ball - make the ice cream by rolling the ball around and passing to each other, as the salt melts the ice the ingredients will freeze. (No kicks or throws please)
- Takes around 20 minutes depending on what consistency you prefer
- Great for a camping trip or festivals
- Makes 1 litre of ice cream

- Ingredients for the ice cream
- Ice and rock salt for the outer layer.
Tips for Use
This item has a lid that twists open on both ends, one for the ice-cream and one for the outer layer of ice and rock salt. Take care with the rock salt, keeping away from animals and children and do not handle with bare hands.
Example recipe
- Cream: 473ml, can be “half and half” cream mix but any kind of cream or milk mix will work though. Using all double cream will result in a richer and creamier ice cream or can be adjusted for low-fat.
- Sugar: 7 ½ tablespoons sugar or an equivalent amount of sugar-substitute.
- Flavour: 1 ½ teaspoons of a flavour such as vanilla.
