This baby carrier can hold your little one in 3 different positions - on the front, on your back or world-facing and  it is adjustable as your baby grows: 

With a sturdy waist belt and padded shoulder straps, you'll be able to support your baby's weight on your hips to avoid any back or shoulder discomfort. The seat your little one will be sat in is padded too and their legs will be perfectly positioned in the ergonomic frog-leg position.
