Unlike standard models that require pre-freezing a bowl, this machine freezes as it churns, allowing for consecutive batches of gelato, sorbet, and frozen yogurt in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Integrated Compressor: Features a built-in freezer unit, eliminating the need to freeze bowls overnight.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this machine is quite heavy and noisy when operating. You must allow it to stand level for several hours after transportation to allow the refrigerant to settle before turning on the compressor.
