About
The oldest tool library on the island. It works exactly like a book library, but for all sorts of tools - a community built on shared knowledge & collective resources. Our members share access to over 1,500 tools, plus an onsite workshop with two open sessions a week. We also give DIY & woodwork classes to community groups & the general public.
Our goals are simple. We want to:
Promote DIY, making and repair skills through the sharing of tools
Make Belfast a more sustainable city
Create opportunities for learning and development
Bring people together, regardless of who they are or where they come from
